Tartan Dahlia - dark purple with white stripes

Tartan has interesting patchy purple and white petals, almost a bit like a tartan blanket! 

Tubers and cuttings are not currently for sale, but the flowers are available in bouquets as they bloom for the season.

I have grown this dahlia for two seasons in my garden, and it's amazing how flowers can change with a little bit of care! Last season, poor Tartan was planted in the brunt of a wind zone, and the only properly open bloom I had was the scraggly pictures at the end of the collection here. But this season, I've re-planted Tartan in a much more appropriate location and she's thriving! Look at these fluffy huge dark blooms!
