I'm not sure of the actual name of this dahlia, as it was part of a mystery collection I bought from a garden in Remuera that was being landscaped. It's a medium sized bush (doesn't need staking), and the flowers open up almost looking a bit like a camellia. The bees love it!

The stems are not super long and straight like other dahlias, but they are a nice addition to a shorter bunch of flowers.

You can pre-order tubers soon. This is a dahlia tuber that I have grown for one season in my home garden, and previously was grown in someone else's home garden.
